Private Sessions


These are one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific needs.  Typically one hour in length, private sessions have the benefit of a constant dialogue with your teacher and her undivided attention!  Privates are perfect for:

  • Those who are new to yoga and a bit shy about joining a group class
  • Individuals with injuries or health concerns that need special attention
  • Those with specific fitness goals or areas they'd like to target
  • Seasoned practitioners looking to deepen their practice
  • Busy people who can't make it to class
